3D printing in food science

On the 9th of May 2022 the lecturer at Kaunas University of Technology, Food Science and Technology department Viktorija Eisinaite presented a 3D printer for food printing as a part of LTT activities. She printed an actual 3D model using vegetable origin filament. Lecturer answered to the trainees’ questions, encouraged a discussion.
